yeh your right or maybe call their office you may get lucky someone may even answer the phone.
but to my knowledge MKS would be paying all costs associated with first 12 months to achieve their share of gold including processing and shipping to TASSIE. BCD were the operator under the original contract
they forfeited that and MKS are taking over that commitment on a reduced percentage level.
