The board should not accept based on the price what they see in 12 months not not this short sited view for a outdated valuation.
A new report should and could value the stock well higher then bid range. Depending on the time frame.
Now if performance drops off and less production or cost over runs I would be very suspicious between now and proposed bid.
Ill post some more detailed things later in the week about why if i bid comes ill vote NO.
