there are enough clues to warrant appointment of some form of external administration. given they are demonstrably incapable of even rudimentary company administration, i cannot think of a more deserving company. but the tricky riddle is how could they in all good conscious accepted prepayment ex Chinese when a supposed cash squeeze lay squarely before them? or have they effectively sold the resource to the Chinese and getting kickbacks elsewhere?
