Base Case PFS (Released 29 August 2018 - attached)
- 500,000tpa throughput
- Recoveries of 85%
- 25,000 ounces pa (for at least 5 years)
- Gold price AUD$1,650
- LOM cash costs $830/oz
- Free cash margin of $820 per ounce
- Free cashflow pa of ~ $20.5 million
My updated numbers based on today’s announcement (attached)
- 600,000 tpa throughput (i.e. being 20% increase)
- Recoveries of >90% (being 6% increase)
- Equates to ~ 32,000 ounces per year (for at least 4 years)
- Gold price of ~ AUD$2250
- LOM cash costs $830/oz
- Free cash margin of $1,420 per ounce
- Free cashflow pa of $45.4 million
Company also has $17m of attributable carry forward tax losses.
First production of gold bullion will be any day now. Should be another catalyst.
Gold is in a bull market, odds are it goes higher so for mine BCN is excellent buying here
