    Excellent work. Poor Jason must have gotten a heap of emails asking how the options can be converted, I was one of them. I sent my forms and money through last week and the options appeared in my MCT holdings on Comsec this morning. Jason, as well as Chris Hernandez at Link Market Services were extremely helpful.
