I read the update again and it mentions lending option as being considered in addition to change of control offers. So I take from this that business has options to fund to continue as going concern if funding rate is feasible or similar to existing.
If this is the case, surely mgt would have a view of future forecast & have in mind a price earnings at which they would sell? Otherwise below that expect they would fund / continue business?
