I agree @Tarvold - IMO the current lenders are not keen to deal out early punishment - they want an orderly and proper process to take place for the change of control. The major shareholders KJ and Stokes if he is still in there and any instos which did not get out in time will probably be plugging for a PE takeover. It would usually solve the funding issue and in the long run easily give the best outcome outside of a realistic offer from an existing ASX listed company. Here is hoping the offers are realistic and competitive.
