I once held GXY before switching to AGY. Today, I still watch GXY and their SP which is basically @ 50c when you reverse the 1 for 5 share consolidation tells me the market for Li is down and affecting AGY SP too. I don't mind the delay in an announcement of an OT agreement because some of us were smiling when the QQ deal was cancelled and there was so much the company needed to achieve before the dollars can roll in. Looking forward to the next 6 months.
