    Could it be , someone keeping it down so they can devalue in the hope they have another investment mature , in time to buy up as many of these as possible .. or keeping it down on the hope of a Take over .. How many shares would someone need to Take over , and with current allocations , Is it possible ? Just putting my thoughts out there , no substance to it at all ..
