Not wanting to rain on anyones parade, but BC8 is taking a very different route to most miners....
they want a minimum of 3 years of mine life (most projects look for a minimum of 5).
The plant is going to be quite small, so, efficiency of scale will not be in their favor...
Capital costs, while small at $40m, will still take perhaps 2 years to pay off...
Of course, if the POG flies higher, then sure, its worth the risk.
I do feel the company will have to raise 100% of the capital, which is fine in some ways, but... highly dilutive.
I will watch on and see how this goes... (just looks a little like what KIN planned... and sadly that did not go well).
