you have to take into account that offtakes can take many forms, they aren't all non-binding MOU's, sometimes they come with strategic investment or prepayment, sometimes the amounts have to be haggled over, the prices and such, they aren't simple contracts that you can knock up in an afternoon.. we know from Neil that mitsu sent over a draft term sheet and this further sending of samples will work into mitsu's due diligence, just gotta be patient.. i know it feels like we've been very patient but that's because were looking at it every day
