I'm surprised this is down today. I'm a big user of AI in the workplace. It is unbelievably good and will reduce our costs significantly through time.
I haven't used AI on voice but the amount of time I have had people call around our office to get the answer they want after getting one they don't want is unbelievable. This eliminates that issue which doesn't just make for a better outcome, but also helps culture.
You can also see what to expect from a customer and give them what they want quickly.
It is very exciting.
