Is it a timing thing? Listing just after the sector- AREITs- had gapped upwards on vaccine news- listing when the market is pausing and waiting to some extent? Or is it a matter of the decline that IPOs have soon after listing- market not sure of a true SP yet?
Longer term- the punters will be looking for yield- interest rates are low- a boring collection of assets but looks solid for long term dividends.
