a rainfall percentage for a 6 month period doesn't really worry me especially if the state that it's produced in is the second least effected out of all the Australian states. weather is always changing. if the government can pay $500million for a reef, not really much of a concern on the cows or goats getting water or grass to drInk and eat .(cloud seeding and water desalination)
