i can see you being a visionary manager one day, inspiring people around you..can’t wait to hear more from you..the message to employees is we have macroeconomic conditions working in our favor and we can capitalize on that…but we won’t do it! Why: because we can make more money if we invest more! If we make more money we can bring talents and invest in R&D. These are the reasons why we don’t want to grow. Employee: what will happen if we don’t grow? Hector: hmmm good question, we may sell avocados
