It wasn't, but given some of the other stuff we've seen that has been marked price sensitive, it's really surprising its not.
While it's not about contracts, or potential income, or anything substaintial, I really see this as a major step forward. Or is that just because everything else has been such a disappointment, that an announcement showing a glimmer of moving forward seems major to me.
