I was not a holder that far back, so I can not say with full confidence on what is new in the new facility, I was just responding to the crazy claims Tothal was making that they are shipping the container to Australia, plug it in and that is it hahaha, simply nuts but as far as I understand it is that in Germany the testing and equipment was more in the scale of a laboratory and it was there to prove Ecografs process works, since then, as Bodaus explained a lot of improvements have been made and now the Product Qualification Facility in Australia is built with the latest knowledge and has made the important move from Lab Scale to Commercial Scale production to proof the process, I don't know how much the facility in Germ,any was producing per day but I am guessing it was in the grams and not in the kg, going by the announcement the new facility will be able to produce 50kg/day if you use the 7kg/h and only 7h/day and operate 5 days per week, and I am assuming all tests will be done on equipment that will be used in the full scale plants but with smaller output capacities, thus it will be able to prove to potential customers if it works or not.
I am pretty sure that is how it works but I am happy to be corrected
