Always a risk dealing with MZI given Stirling is the parent and the majority shareholder. The information is and has always been publicly available.
The reason they've gone with such an outrageous placement at 1.3c is because THEY KNOW THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT. Yes it is completely unfair but if the shareholder majority vote in favour (which they obviously will) then there's not much the ASX can do about it.
