The ASX will stop them they are only allow to dilute 15% / Year without shareholder approval. I think.
Notwithstanding the recent raising ...it looks to me as if this stock "might" be prepping for a break above 2.3c ....
Gotta say the chart does look bullish albeit on light trade. Time will tell.
