    Stirling own 58.2% of all shares. Approval for the shares are a formality.

    Not sure about it breaking 2.3c - volume is very light - I wonder if it's someone propping up the SP in the hope that shareholders will keep their smiles and therefore avoid unnecessary attention from the ASX.
