Though I suspect it is more to do with buying a compressor not fit for the job and below spec. But that is inexcuseable.
They must be tight on cash. Spend more time investigating than actually doing. And even with all that investigation, they make the wrong choices time after time.
If Halburton weren't involved, and GGP were solely responsible for this mess then heads must role. As it is, I don't know how so many stuff ups are slipping by two sets of people. Very thin ice.
