That cost guidance doesn't include 5-6 months of mining during this financial year, which is written at the of the table you provided.
Mining cost was around $1k per tonne, removed for nearly the entire HY, which means even if the strip is better, they're not even close to getting under US$900/t on units costs if they restart.
