MOY is holding off on its Quarterly Activity and Cashflow report. That is not a good sign. They gave an update on 9 July that was better than feared but still with negatives. Since the Quarterly report is dated 30 June, is it accounting inefficiencies preventing its release, or are managment holding off a less than desirable position?
