I find two things disturbing.

First, the short positions on ESG have been significant recently suggesting someone has an inside running on information. Unacceptable. Perhaps someone can raise this at the AGM as I can't attend this year. How is it possible that some parts of the market are accessing this information and Ian Kirkham doesn't even return my email? That's completely unacceptable.

Second, it appears DC has not met his performance targets two years in a row (unless I am mistaken). Why should he be rewarded for that? Seriously what HAVE ESG achieved this year? Two pieces of paper signed and none of them are even binding. Big deal.

Sounds like this AGM will be like groundhog day anyway so good thing I'm not going!
