It's nice to see the flow rate but to be honest 900Mcfd from a multi-lateral is not that impressive yet.

There are simple, vertical wells that are coming online at up to 2MMcfd in the Bowen and Surat.

Clearly there is a way to go before dewatering is complete. ESG will know from modelling what Bibblewindi is likely to peak at, but I guess they can't release that info as it's speculative.

So I guess this announcement is a "watch this space" announcement. Gas rates should continue to climb and the important thing will be where they peak.
