    At least this year they've come out with the truth.

    Last year they just stuck poor DC on stage at the AGM and made him speak like a politician, trying to pretend the reserves upgrade would be delivered in 2009 when there was no chance that was ever going to happen.

    Surely this won't be the last ann. before the AGM?
