They are saying the long-term contracting price of Uranium contracts is now higher than in Jan when the spot peaked. You can view the LT prices on Camecos website. It was $72 in Jan when spot peaked. Now at $81.50. This $81.50 is also the lowest offered price for October. This would also be base escalated linked to inflation.
