Although the shorts are a small % of total capital you can see that a big chunk of daily trading is represented by the shorters. It looks like they are pip trading and not holding on to the shares, which they'd be mad to do given that IFN is in bona-fide cash cow mode with a big catalyst on the horizon being the big refinancing (with the potential to go back into dividend paying mode thereafter).
I seriously can't believe that this is still trading sub $1. I wish I had more spare money to buy more.
