I think all they are saying is they will likely have buyers for any shortfall while the current offtakers are sorting through their issues , like most agreements there will be room for flexibility if required I'm sure...the more I read the update the more I like it in many ways...
Its very early days in this sector and it won't always run smoothly but its nice to have one of the largest deposits around..
