At this stage only the proposed Townsville project is on the cards. That is some way off at the moment as the local council is yet to start the infrastructure into the Lansdown Eco-industrial estate.
However, MNS has more than enough on their plate at the moment with getting iM3NY into positive cashflows and setting up for expansion plus getting Nachu off the drawing board, fully funded and into a live project. Personally, I do not care if we hear nothing in relation to Townsville over the next year or so, as long as the focus, activity and actions continue to advance iM3NY and Nachu.
It would not surprise if, in the longer term, MNS ends up only focusing on its investment in iM3NY as its primary battery play, as I suspect there will be more than enough opportunities to expand that business in the USA beyond just a single facility in NY State.
