Could be:
1 It is not certified
2 they cant make them to good quality
3 they cant make them in volume
4 nobody wants the obsolete orphan im3alltalk cell
5 they are too expensive to make
6 the old second hand 5 years in a warehouse equipment keeps breaking down
Most probably all of the above imo.
