I can't see AUQ getting into the JV bid in any shape or form. Their previous studies are probably worthless too.
The only reason punters got into AUQ many years ago was because of the potential of a Saudi deal with its Zn resource, but due to AUQ inept management at the time AUQ never got an exploration licence and lost $20m in the process. AUQ were robbed by a former partner company and never even got their 'deposit' back - and never chased it either when the deal fell through. It was a complete shambles and one of the directors was getting paid $600,000+ expenses at the time for his alleged 'expertise' in dealing with the Saudis.
I'm only in AUQ now as a residual effect of that screw up by AUQ.
