I might go with that Westmetall one as it is purely numerical and so is always consistent, whereas the vertical axis on the LME graph changes to fit the price range. I'm thinking that just posting the Date and Spot/Cash Settlement columns might be best as the 3 month contract price isn't what Alara gets paid on. If you can post for the next few days that would be appreciated as I'm travelling at the moment and may miss the odd day.
