i think i recall something about the 13mt resource not being jorc compliant , maybe because the micro cap London AIM listed company didn't need jorc status or some other form of official resource status is used on the AIM.

makes sense for the cheap price that the tenements were last transferred.

preferably Alara or the existing alara jv would acquire 100% for a relatively small consideration
