We are the 'market'. If we thought it was undervalued then we buy more. If overvalued then sell. There is no such thing as 'discovering'.
AUQ also has low liquidity and low marketcap which means it is unappealing for most of the traditional investors.
I think what you are thinking of is when is an investment fund going to take a position? Thats when they buy say 10% of the company and push the price up short term while having a 5-10 year investment horizon. Either way this would usually only happen when it gets included in ASX200 or ASX300 and meets other criteria imo.
