    Imho I see the following valuation.

    3x revenue for JV partnership. Factoring in 50/50 decision making split.
    So with revenue share expected to be $7mil equivalent that's 21mil in Market cap.
    Then approximately $13mil for Maniry.

    That gives a valuation around $35mil conservatively.
    Which is around the 7-8c mark.
