Congrats to the DREAM TEAM for this milestone achievement. In my opinion this is the best announcement of the past 14 months. It completely de-risks the project for GMM.

Now the only default is from buyers - if 1 defaults at any point (considering money is paid upfront anyway), then we (or the intermediary Mitsubishi) will just sell it to another buyer.

Regardless of what the share price does today, next week or the month ahead.... There is no depth of sellers up to 50c - even though it may take a bit to crack the psychology of 50c, how does one actually price a sell (it may well be only reviewed at the next psychological price of 80c or $1).
I encourage ALL to take profits, but I also ask you to share your strategy and thinking - because I don't have a exit price (but rather a certain month next year to review my strategy).

GLTAH, and I await the share buyback offer - are dividends a possibility in 12 months?
