No - ArtemiC is just an ant-inflammatory. It can alleviate some of the symptoms. So can cold and flu medications.
Anyone thinking that this is a good alternative to vaccines is either ill-informed or delusional.
In addition, there are a number of competing products on the market that do the same job - just very much cheaper.
