I think there was also a 12 week delay as incorrect parts were ordered to complete the new plant set up (post coup de tat) and/or there was a delay in necessary parts arriving to site due to non-payment...i cant remember which it was but i recall people discussing it at the time. Was also the strikes when that local politician cranked up in the media.

Good to see they have moved forwards and upwards ....... maybe the correct parts haven't arrived yet and incorrect parts were retro-fitted?
