    you could also consider Edwards sees more value in acquiring shares in MRC over lending its funds at commercial rates.
    I think it is sus you know these details about Mr Edwards and MRC/MVC, can you point to any ASX announcement where these funds were lent or do you need to be a director to find out these details?
