Obviously the holders will give GGP a break. They dont want to force conversion on the December notes. They would want share consolidation first.
These notes will cause issues by September. Nodoby will want to invest in equity with that hanging over them. And debt comes at very high cost. Doesnt leave many options.
What happened to Lind? Monthly drawdowns are nothing. How is GGP surviving day to day?
