Misleading and deceptive. Who thinks we should lodge a complaint with ASIC??

Cedric and Co. have a lot to answer for. They have blown $50 million bucks and our
share price is back to the same price as when Cedric took over as MD.

We hav
e had AP14 for nearly 10 years and still no mining licence. I thought we had a MOU
with the govt. Obviously not worth the paper it is written on. I believe that we still do not
have a mining licence on Mangal and AP23?? I mean WTF!!!

What are they doing. They have an accountant that they are paying $250000PA and they have to
outsource their company secretarial. NFI!!!!

And as for Cedric and Sean having "skin in the game" dont forget that Cedric has been paid over
$4 million since he started and most of his shares were free. Same goes for Sean.

I, like many others, poured in more money based on the announcements leading up to the option
expiry and I have been burnt. They have continued to spend money on a concept that is still to be proven
in terms of sales or production. Whats happening with Phase 1. $4million waste of money and 4 years!!!
