The company needs to show sales not expansions, they have shown they can acheive the run rate but they are not selling the product expect for a couple of 5000t's.
Until this happens and one must think the price will not budge no matter how many expansions are added to the plant, but if an agreement is made and the sale of 200000t per year is completed i see this sp starting to move.
