He is running some sort of a scam ( avoiding tax by being paid as a consultant and not having tax deducted from his salary?) which has sent his pay rocketing, is probably illegal and raises all sorts of questions about the legality of his actions and reporting to the Board.
without appropriate tax advice, it is very likely
KCN would have to pay any shortfalls when the taxman finds out.

we really need to do something about this guy now and get something happening for the AGM.
