I disagree that Lind converting are any kind of a signal of any much at all. They have been converting each month for 5 months in a row, each month at a lower price than the last.
Its the same with every company that takes on a CN.. everyone hopes the lender will become an investor in their business and hold onto the shares that are issued. In the vast majority of cases this does not happen. They do not want exposure to their victims SP. They convert in small batches so they limit their risk. If Lind held the belief the company was on the verge of a re-rate then they would convert everything they had.. it wouldn't make any sense not to.
Im not saying the company isn't going to re-rate.. and I certainly hope it does.. but Lind conversions tell us nothing at all about the future of the company.
