Sorry man, but I couldn’t disagree with you more... this is not a self-boast thing, but I have a diploma in business, and one of the first things they teach is exposure to your business, recognition, how to overcome the competition, how to brand your business and be remembered. regardless of what is being sold or offered, it’s all about awareness and offering a solution... do not rely on the doctors as the first point of marketing .. this will fail if that’s the case..

I have worked in the medical industry for over 10 years... most Doctors are glorified drug pushers for big pharma... If they aren’t getting a kick back or some sort of reward for the drugs or products that are available, they simply become non-existent to that Doctor for recommendation ..

whether food, drink, building products, drugs, Apps, whatever, all companies/business’s that succeed to become a billion dollar company have worked on their market awareness..

Take for example McDonalds, IMO its one of the most disgusting fast food chains on the planet, bland crappy burgers and the worst fries on the planet .. But yet they are the world’s most successful fast-food chains on the planet... how did they achieve this????, it wasn’t because of the food believe me... they spend near all proceeds at first on marketing, got ruthless in the end... They pretty much implanted that big M everywhere... then via subliminal advertising everyone was drawn to the big golden M, regardless of how crappy their burgers are..

Look at drugs like Viagra, you didn’t need to go to the doctor to be aware of the drug, they advertised that in launch period so extreme that patients were lining up asking the doctor for the drug... IF the doctor didn’t have it they soon got it in...

Adherium do not have a serious presence of their sensors, they should be marketed and advertised in such a way that any parent with an asthmatic child, or any individual that wants to achieve a better monitoring of their drug use will simply be asking the doctor for such… what better way to bring attention to our sensors than actually have such a strong marketing presence that patients are actually asking the doctors for it…
Many amazing products in this world that have simply vanished simply because the business was not viable due to cash burn and the revenue streams were lacking, but they never spent the dollars on marketing alike they should have..
This same concept can be applied to any thing… one of the biggest influentials for me is the youtuber “ Mr Beast”… Jimmy is making stupid money, and when you listen to his interviews and he is asked how he became so successful, he said near every bit of profit he made he poured back into his next videos and simply spent all his proceeds on marketing and exposure to his channel… a self-made billionaire in as little as 6 years… simply using a business marketing mentality. of track a little here, but am I?
Adherium should be budgeting as little as $100K a QTR on internet presence… its really not that hard… gaining a strong presence when anyone googles respiratory issues or alike. we should be right there in their face… employing a professional IT social media guru, that knows how to gain a strong SEO presence and alike would not cost much at all…
Go and google respiratory health solutions, Ventolin, asthma, breathing issues, and such key words, Adherium and its sensors are no where to be found… over a decade and no marketing presence at all… ridiculous..

So when you say "why should money be spend on big marketing campaigns to make patients actively ask for the solution?" do you now see a reason, or should Adherium still just keep being non exsistant on the minds of those seeking better solutions?... Most people are researching and googling their health sysptoms and solutions for such today, even prior to going to the glorified drug pushing doctor..

To succeed in business you need to push your branding and what you offer, creating such a presense that anyone using such drugs as ventolin are requesting our sensors at the same time..

how ruthless was viagra in the day...
