    Yes, progress BUT looks a bit loose.

    Unifert is still subject to entering into detailed purchase agreement before end of 2020. The other two have "...take or pay on product RESALE" ? That sounds like if the party isn't able to on sell then they don't need to take / pay for the product??

    Hardly the offtake agreements likely to satisfy any financier in current form.
