the only negative that hangs over TGOE is at what cost. and this should have been settled last Q report if ALK bothered to report how the project was tracking against budget and what actions ALK took to remedy the cost side - if there is budget blowout.
It would have allowed for new page to be turned and the worst would have been over. In that regard today's announcement would have been seen as 100% positive news. Now people still ask - at what cost?
This type of news should have really pushed SP above 72c with some real volumes too. 26min into the open and still less than 200k shares traded.
