This all begs the question why wasn't the O/S issue picked up whilst SFX completed the revised BFS or more specifically when GR Engineering Services (GRES) designed the updated TB process plant in 2018. (See page 7 of https://www.sheffieldresources.com.au/site/pdf/1b39388b-3a10-4733-9976-167a3d4a2333/BFS-Update-Materially-Improves-Project-Economics.pdf). Was lab testing and/or pilot plant evaluation of the plant design undertaken as part of this or did GRES just propose a plant circuit design and hope for the best?
