    I'm puzzled.  With every positive announcement comes an expected surge in volume, yet no change in price.  Something very strange going on with this stock.  has there been any substantial rise in holding of any of the top 20?  Can't help feeling there is some clandestine accumulation going on, just can't figure out how it's being achieved.
